Simple sautéed karilla recipe 😋 * 2 lbs karilla/bitter mellon chopped * 2 tomatoes chopped * 1 medium onion chopped * 6-8 cloves garlic minced * 1 hot pepper optional * 2-4 sprigs scallions chopped * salt & pepper to taste * 2-4 tbs of your favorite oil or ghee. *sautéed on medium heat until tender. Serve as a side dish, goes well with rice, roti, and bake. *
